What is a mastermind?

A guided space to think deeper and aim higher.

A mastermind is a guided discussion space designed to help you grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. It brings together motivated individuals who want to think deeper, aim higher, and strengthen the areas of life that matter most to them.

What you can expect

  • Meaningful conversationsHonest, guided discussion that challenges and inspires you.
  • Practical insightsIdeas you can apply immediately, at work and at home.
  • Tools & frameworksTo help you uncover your unique strengths, direction, and purpose.

Flight or fight

The Leadership Plight.

Three moments nearly every leader meets. The mastermind is where you face them with others, and choose to fight for growth instead of taking flight.

  1. 1

    The Leadership Plight 1

    Promoted into responsibility?

There’s preparation needed to build the framework for the future.

  2. 2

    The Leadership Plight 2

Authority sets direction, but influence moves people.

    Movement eats direction for lunch.

  3. 3

    The Leadership Plight 3

You’ve given your team an ambitious vision.

Now an inspired staff is needed for its execution.

Is this for you?

Who carries the one who carries everyone else?

At home they need you. At work they count on you. The mastermind is for the people everyone else depends on.

  • You were promoted into responsibility and you’re building the framework as you go.
  • You lead people who have been failed to be led—and you know influence flows through relationships, not authority.
  • You’re navigating a transition, stepping into leadership, or asking what’s next.
  • Your career is growing while the rest of your life is standing still.
  • Everyone depends on you, and you’re quietly wondering who you depend on.
  • What worked yesterday has become an identity you’re trying to protect.

Session themes

Conversations worth showing up for.

Every Tuesday has a focus. These are some of the themes leaders have worked through together; check the booking calendar for what’s coming up next.

Signature theme

Beyond Success

Life… and the mission.

At home, they need you. At work, they count on you. The weight is real. Who carries the one who carries everyone else? When everyone depends on you, who do you depend on?

  • 01

The Leadership Plight: Flight or Fight

From promotion to preparation, from authority to influence, from an ambitious vision to inspired execution.

  • 02

    Discover Your Purpose

Discover your purpose with clarity, follow a proven roadmap to live it out, and strengthen your communication—because everyone communicates, few connect.

  • 03

Leading People Who Have Been Failed to Be Led

Influence flows through relationships, not authority—especially with people their previous leaders have failed.

  • 04

    Roadmap vs. Compass

A roadmap helps you navigate roads already traveled. Unfamiliar territory calls for a compass: your values, purpose, and direction.

  • 05

    The Inner Foundation

Character, integrity, and identity—the foundation that lets leaders carry influence without losing themselves.
